Only by going out of over the person who manages, interferes, bans tradition turns to the server, the spirit of introducing business administration and marketing idea of the service, representing remarkable service quality, can meet the era demand. When facing the illegal cases, the police should enforce the law and set up people's confidence to the police. To community citizens, the police should protect legally, put down the figure, lower the posture, and learn to grow up. The police and the people manage altogether, solve community's public security question progressively together, this is the alert policy of community that we advocate. We hope that in terms of the way of the public security, community public security experience and gains of letting a hundred schools contend through all sages and the virtuous, cultivate the field together. Through community policing could the police let citizens share the safe community life with no fear. Overview of the jurisdiction   This city lies in the northwestern part of Taiwan, the occupation of land is about 361,609 for 104.964 sq. km., population of 361,609, the north opposites Hsinchu county and border on the Taiwan Straits in the west, the coastline is 12.5 -km-long. There are scientific industrial area, Hsinchu air force airport, fishing port, and six universities in Hsinchu. The industry and commerce is developed and Hsinchu city have already become the important hub of communications of the northwestern part. Overview of the organization   This office works out to 1111 personnels, of alert number of people 925s of persons who have now, set up the 16 lessons, rooms, centres, four pieces of work done outside the office or in the field team, three branch offices; 15 local police stations, 203 alert hardworking districts. Overview of the service items   • Strengthen and safeguard the social security, offer a good living environment to the people. • Improve the traffic order, ensure people's security. • Purify the social conduct, ban gambling and pornography. • Popularize and keep watch and help defend each other, safeguard the public security function together. • Strengthen and serve the people, offer the convenient measure. Performance of citizen-oriented service   • Carry out the content of the plan and take an exam of the conduct of managing. • Grind the content of making a plan. • Serve the image and plan to maintain the situation and improve service place environment, equipment, improve the efficiency of serving. • The utility of voluntary labors. • Give guidance to the retired police to join the volunteer labors • Nominate the people to handle the public service. • Combine the public and respond to the sudden incidents. • The enterprises and groups set up service stronghold. • Interact with community's relation. • Publish the monthly magazine of community's public security and promote community's relation. • Strengthen and search missing population. • Protect the people and mention and withdraw deposit the service of the security. • Make services open to public access. Direction of the future   • Set up the citizen-oriented service administration concept. • The police will consider the public as customers. The pursuit of the highest service standard will be the police's unshirkable responsibility. • Look forward in the past and improve the public security and the traffic. • The public security and traffic are two major performance goals of the police. • The task of the police is based on the public opinion.
